This webshop is operated by Kyri Studio. Throughout the webshop, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Kyri Studio. Kyri Studio is registered at the Rotterdam Camber of Commerce with number: 83523243

 

Article 1. General

  • The terms and conditions of Kyri Studio apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries of Kyri Studio.
  • By placing an order through the webshop from Kyri Studio, the customer agrees to all conditions described here.
  • All images on the webshop are an indication. Every product in the webshop is hand-poured which might cause difference in colors or shapes.
  • Kyri Studio accepts no liability for any damage resulting from the use of the products of Kyri Studio

 

Article 2. Pricing & Payments

2.1 All prices in our webshop are stated in euros and exclude VAT and shopping costs. There is no VAT applied to the prices because of the Dutch regulations for small businesses.

2.2 All payments in our webshop are processed by Shopify Payments and can be paid with Bancontact, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Ideal. After payment, the order is final and an email will be sent with confirmation of the order and payment.

2.3 If Kyri Studio accidentally shows an incorrect price on the website – and it is clear that this is a mistake – we have the right to cancel the order.

2.4 All creditcard information is automatically transferred via an encrypted secure system to the paymaster without Kyri Studio or others having access to the data.

 

Article 3. Delivery

3.1 The customer can choose to get the order delivered at home, or pick it up in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

3.2 Deliveries are carried out by PostNL. Kyri Studio currently ships to The Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Germany.

3.3 Kyri Studio aims to ship all orders within five working days after receiving the payment of the order. However, as every candle is individually hand-poured, a strict delivery time cannot be guaranteed. If the delivery will take longer than expected, the customer will be notified immediately.

3.4 Kyri Studio is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the transporter

3.4 If the customer entered an incorrect delivery address or if the customer is not at home during delivery, the customer is responsible for the additional costs.

3.5 All orders are packed securely. However, Kyri Studio cannot guarantee any damages during delivery. If your order comes in damaged, it should be reported to Kyri Studio within two days after delivery by emailing to kyristudio@gmail.com

3.6 Kyri Studio is not responsible for the import taxes your country might add

 

Article 4. Shipping costs

4.1 It is possible to pick up your order in Rotterdam for free. The following shipping costs are charged for deliveries:

Article 5. Returns & right of withdrawal

5.1 Due to the nature of the handmade products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order comes broken or damaged, please e-mail us within two days of delivery with an picture of the order and we will find a suitable solution.

6.1 All content, including photos and text, on this website are copyrighted. Without written permission this content cannot be reproduced or used to publish.

 

Article 7. Change of conditions

7.1 Kyri Studio reserves the right to change the terms and conditions

 

Article 8. Disputes

8.1 Dutch laws apply. All disputes arising from agreements between Kyri Studio and the customer fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Rotterdam located in the Netherlands.
