What are the candles made from?

Our candles are made from 100% rapeseed wax. Rapeseed wax is a natural and vegan wax used in candle making. The wax is sustainable, animal friendly, and has a reduced carbon footprint.

 

Can I lit the candles?

Our candles are mainly created for decorative purposes. If you choose to light candles, we advise you to place the candle on a heatproof dish and to only lit the candle for a maximum of one hour. Please read our candle guide care for all safety measures.

 

The candle I want is out of stock, can I still order it?

We maintain a small stock of each candle. When candles are out of stock, you can still order them through the webshop. However, in this situation the candle will specifically be made per order which means that delivery takes longer as each candle is individually hand-poured.

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept: VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Ideal, Bancontact, Shop pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

 

How long does shipping take?

All candles are individually hand-poured which makes it a time consuming task. This sometimes results in longer delivery times than expected from a Dutch webshop. If an order is delayed for some reason, we will always inform you about this.

 

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Please check the shipping policy for all details.

 

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally! Please check the shipping policy for all details regarding delivery times and costs. Please note that for orders shipped to non-EU countries, custom fees and duties may be charged upon arrival which are not included in the prices.

 

Is it possible to pick up my order?

You can pick up your order in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht for free. You will receive an email once your order is ready to be picked up.

 

Where is my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your unique tracking code. It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking code to become active

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

When an order is placed, it is not possible to cancel or change.

 

Can I return my order if I am not satisfied with the candle?

Due to the nature of the handmade products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order comes broken or damaged, please e-mail us within two days of delivery with an picture of the order and we will find a suitable solution.
