Shipping policy

 

All candles are individually hand-poured which makes it a time consuming task. This sometimes results in longer delivery times than expected from a Dutch webshop. Delivery times varies depending on whether the candle needs to be manufactured or if the product is in stock. Candles that are in stock will be shipped out within 1-2 working days. Candles that are not in stock will be made per order which takes an extra 2-4 working days. All orders are shipped with PostNL.

 

Please note that delivery may take longer due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. We are doing everything possible to send out your orders as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Standard delivery with tracking 3-5 working days: €13,00
